An app to encourage a healthier balance between sitting and being active. Rise & Recharge was developed by Baker IDI Heart and Diabetes Institute — with support from Vodafone Foundation Australia — after our research demonstrated the link between sedentary behaviour and the risk of chronic diseases such as heart disease, type 2 diabetes and some types of cancer.
