Talking Alarm Clock

Instructions for the Talking Alarm Clock: A long or short click on the time textbox will speak the time. A short click on the alarm time textbox will toggle the alarm on/off. A long click on the alarm time textbox will speak the alarm time. The alarm time can be set using the increment /decrement buttons
