KitKat Media Rescan Widget

This widget requires ROOT access, explicitly for Android KitKat 4. 4+, since media re-scan now requires system level access as of KitKat. Did you just adb push a bunch of new media files to your SDCARD but not seeing them in your gallery app, etc? Don't want to thumb through your app drawer to launch an application to initiate a re-scan?
