Full Wifi will help connect your phone to an existing wireless network (not to setup your own wireless hot spot! ). This does not magically let you connect to your neighbor's wifi. Before using Full Wifi please find out as much as you can about the network you are trying to connect to, such as the ssid, the username and password, etc.
