About Flashlight. The Flashlight app is a simple flashlight that works on devices with and without a camera flash. If the device has a built-in camera flash, the app will turn the flash on when the button is touched. If the device does not have built-in camera flash, the screen will turn white and it will set the screen display to it's full brightness.
