Notification Builder Demo[b4a]

A Demo App for a new library I created for Basic4Android. This library allows the developer to use the NotificationCompat. Builder. This allows use of the newer styles / features. The Library is currently V1 which includes all the basic notification methods. Currently no expanding methods are supported, these are for V2.
