This app installs a bubble on the screen, so that whenever you tap it, the Android system's keyboard picker pops up. In other words, you do NOT have to swipe down in order to get that picker. This app saves you that step of swiping every time you switch the keyboard. The bubble appears only when your keyboard is activated. It is there when you need it, hidden when you don't.
