Ticker! Notification text beta

Android 5. 0 Lollipop and above took away the notification ticker text, we're bringing it back! Just like the pre-Lollipop notification ticker, if a notification contains ticker text, we will show it on the status bar. Swipe down to show status bar! Tap to show next line.
