Billings Catholic Radio, KJCR is owned and operated by the board of directors or Agnus Dei Communications. Founded in 2007, Agnus Dei Communications was formed as a 501c3 non-profit whose mission is to use the power of radio to evangelize, educate, and inspire a faithful life in Christ.
