The Emily Center at Phoenix Children's Hospital presents Our Journey with Peritoneal Dialysis as a tool to help families of children needing a peritoneal dialysis identify what they need to know before taking their child home from the hospital. Parts of this app may also be applied to a clinic or emergency room visit.
