This app reads a FASTA file and plots the GC% over molecule fragments. Just choose fragment number, and hit plot. This is version 1. 0, loading screens are to be implemented. Big fasta files might take some time to be processed. Example: Lenovo p70, took 4s to calculate GC% accross Brca1 gene of Human.
