The app Mediq Diacare can be used in two ways: Mediq DiaCare: when the diabetes patient and caregiver collaborate in the health program ‘Mediq DiaCare'. Data from devices measuring blood glucose levels is visualized and shared with the patient and caregiver, providing insights to both.
