Indigenous Dairy Products

Indigenous dairy product app is an initiative by Kerala Veterinary and Animal Sciences University for providing information necessary for dairy processing. This app will provide information on different Indigenous Indian recipes for dairy products like kheer, rasagola etc. The app provides information on the equipment and the processing time for each product.
