You can read the enemy's power level. 1. Have a android phone in horizontal. 2. Push the right side to search. 3. Scouter displays the power when you can measure it well. 4. Then, you can save the picture by touching "SAVE". If enemy cover the face like sunglasses, cannot measure it well. Not Droid ready. There is function restrictions in this free version.
