Whiteboard Cast

In some device, latest version cause problem. Latest version highly depend on device environment. In some device, my app might not work well. I try to fix the problem as far as I can, but in some device, it seems impossible to resolve the issue. I decide to my previous software encoder version freely available. Sorry for inconvenience.
