I can design a counter is a small CAD program that teaches electrical engineering students studying digital logic how to design a binary counter by example. Use the wizard to specify the length between 2 and 8. Use the Bubble Diagram to simulate and fine-tune the Finite State Machine. The result is shown in the State Transition Table.
