safeDriver will block incoming and outgoing phone calls when the driver exceeds your designated speed. Also, when this speed is reached the device is locked and all phone calls are blocked. SMS, text messages, are blocked by locking the phone. SafeDriver runs all the time. Even rebooting your device does not stop this app.
