Call announcer

Voice announcer which uses speech synthesis engine to pronounce the name of the caller and read the SMS. Useful in the car to see who contacts you without looking at the phone. For voice calls, he pronounces the name of the caller if stored in the contacts, or a generic sentence depending on the configuration.
