Russian Roulette. The term 'Russian' is derived from the game's country of origin. It's a fatal game played with a revolver. One bullet must be loaded into the gun and cylinder must be rotated to randomize its slot. Players try their chance by pointing the gun to their temples and pull the trigger successively.
