Vectren's Builder Portal allows builders and contractors to request and track the status of natural gas and/or electric utility service orders, and pay their Vectren bills from one central source. Available actions include: Order natural gas and/or electric service for newly constructed buildings/homes. Report site readiness and request meter set.
