NearMiss is an accident reporting system, targeted to notify managers on accidents, possible risks, ideas and quality deviations. To start using application: 1. Get credentials (login and password) from manager. 2. Add some information to your profile. 3. Fill in reports. 4. Keep track on reports submitted (3 possible statuses: delivered, in work, processed).
