Comstice Mobile Agent

Comstice Mobile Agent is an agent client app for Cisco UCCX and Cisco UCCE Contact Centers. It enables contact center agents to login as "Finesse Mobile Agent in call-by-call mode" in UCCE and Extend and Connect mode in UCCX and helps them to retrieve customer calls via mobile networks or Cisco Jabber.
