Lalitha Sahasranama is a sacred text from Brahmanda Purana of the Goddess Lalita Devi, Goddess Durga in the form of Shakti. It contains the thousand names organized in a hymns It is the only sahasranama that does not repeat a single name. It is said to have been composed by eight vaag devis upon the command of Lalitha.
