Tic Tac Toe

Also known as Noughts and Crosses or Three in a row, Tic Tac Toe is a paper and pencil game between two players marking the spaces in a 3 × 3 board alternately. A player wins if he can have a line of three symbols: the line can be horizontal, vertical or diagonal. This variant works with three chips maximum per player.
