Picture Paint

Picture Paint is an application that does just as it says: Paint your Pictures! The app is very easy to figure out and use. Just position the picture as you like it with the camera, take a picture of something interesting, then tap the "Paint Picture" button to apply a nice paint effect to it. Very easy to use and enjoy.
