Vector Cthulhu

I once misheard a friend of mine during a conversation. For some reason, I could have sworn they said Vector Cthulhu. Turns out it was nothing remotely resembling those two words, but they stuck with me. On their birthday, a few hours before their party, I decided that a fun gift would be to make a game out of it.
